He grabbed her wrists before they could come in contact with his face. "Enough! I won't change my mind! And killing me will leave you with nothing!" He struggled to keep her claws from his face and growled.

Dawn began to sprout tears, "You don't understand! YOu can't get involved with her!" She said struggling against his grasp.

He was taken back when he saw the tears but he couldn't tell if they were real tears of just an act. "Why not?" he asked not releasing his grasp..just yet.

"She's the cursed human! The curse!" said Dawn. Then she gave up. Dropping her hands in front of her, obviously she wasn't going to win by force, she might as well tell him the truth.

Dawn gave him a hard look, "Do you know why Victor so desperately wants her?" she questioned, "She's the prophecy of the dark ages, can't you feel it when you're near her?"

Dawn sighed, "Long ago it was prophesized that a simple human would weild the power to annihilate us all. It was decided by a coucil of 6 creature we would destroy it on site to prevent our kinds from parishing. Do you realize what you're protecting?"

"The seer never lies!" hissed Dawn. She looked at the upcoming sun. She instantly grew angry, she knew Alex stayed awake during the day now. "Remember!" she cried before tunring into stone.

Night time came, Dawn was fustrated to an ent that she had turned at such a specific moment. She scolded to herself. What problems this always caused.
