He knew they couldn't go back down through the stairs, the only other way would be the secret passage way through one of the bookshelfs. "I hope you don't mind spider webs." he said and looked through a few books until he found the right one. Pulling it back the shelf opened up to reveal a tunnel with stairs that led underground and out of the tower. The only problem would be that it is dark and a long way down.

Alex lead her down quickly. It seemed they got away..for now. He was glad that Dawn didn't know so much about the tower, seeing as she lived in the cemetary. It seemed the sun had risen and Alex felt more tired then usual..could the potion Tristan used be wearing off? Or it may just be that he had been overworking himself lately.
He noticed an old warehouse. There was a large gape on the side which was probably why no one had been there for a while. Setting themselves inside, he sat against a wall and sighed.

Yvonne wanted to laugh and shiver. Such emotions did not mix well. She found it humorous, yet she found it disturbing, and she found it frightening.

He grabbed some dirt in his hand and powdered her face with it. "This may cover a bit of the scent. Probably not all of it, but in the mean time it may throw her off track. He also cupped his hand in a small puddle forming with merky water and splashed it on her, mentally laughing at her now appearence.
