Jace scanned the area, picking out all sorts of different creatures. A gargoyle, nymph, vampire, and a-- he blinked, then looked back at the croud to see if he had seen correctly. Indeed he had. A human, mingling with different creatures. Though his face was as blank as it normally was, his intellect was intrigued. What was a human doing there? Which brought him to his next question, why was he there? He was not friends with any of these creatures, he knew none of their names, and they did not know his. Whay was he tagging along for the ride?

Alex had stepped away for a sec letting Yvonne mingle with the girl. He walked over to a griffen who seemed to be singling himself from the group. "Hey, never seen you before. My name's Alexander."

Jace glanced at the gargoyle, his amber eyes holding no emotion. He blinked lazily at the boy and settled himself more comfortably on the tree limb.
"... hmm..." He said out loud, pondering to himself weather or not he should speak to him or not. He raised his eyebrow. What was the harm of giving someone his name? "Jace." He answered back, his voice smooth and unfaltering as he hummed out his name. He had to admit that the sound of his voice was different to him. He rarely ever talked at all.

Tybalt ran over to Alex, screaming his name. "Alexander! Alexander! I got lost.. and I just found you." He said looking up at the gargoyle. He let his gaze drift over to the griffin. "Hello, I'm Tybalt." He greeted, smiling.

He was surprised hearing the griffen's voice because the griffen seemed to be a very quiet creature. "...enjoying the festival so far?" he asked randomly, trying to make some small talk. Then he looked over at Tybalt and ruffled the boy's head. "Yeah, yeah, you found me." he said smirking. "You know, your much like a little brother."he said to Tybalt.

Alex leaned against the tree. 'He isn't much of a talker..' he thought. He sweatdropped seeing Rune greet the griffen. '..hope she doesn't glomp 'em. If he's not much of a talker then I don't wanna know what he's like when he's angry..' he thought sighing, his arms crossed over his chest.

Jace looked around him. He was surrounded, enimies, or the "social people", were all around him. He couldn't think of anything to say that was more than a word.
"Hi." He said gruffly, trying to calm his growing anger. He looked at the little hyper vampire girl.

Jace wasn't too sure what these people wanted with him, or why they were mingling with eachother. It was extremely odd to him that creatures of such difference would be talking and socializing with one another. And the little vampire confused him. Vampires were suppose to antisocial and cold, so why was she so different from what he expected? Why wasn't she like him?
His eyebrow twitched in annoyance. He shouldn't be asking so many questions concerning other people.
"Hn." He said to himself.
