Don't be frightened, I've already had my fun for the day.
Not many banshee's exist, so you're lucky I'm nice enough to welcome you and show you around.
Here are some things you may need to know coming into this world.
We were often seen in hisotry as a bad omen, or a messenger of death. And we pretty much are. You have to love it. We're called by death, we wail around innocent family houses as a loved one dies. In modern times, we prefer to have our fun.
We have foresight, but only to a limited time in the future. About five hours, I would say. But it is not alway right, something might change, and so will the outcome. Seeing what is coming does not always happen either. Only on...special occasions.
Our other powers consist of feeding off souls. That is vital. Without a soul you will die. And lastly, our wails bring about the end of a pathetic life. It will be the last thing they hear.
Even though banshees are usually portrayed as women, there are plenty of males to go around. As this creature, women are the dominators.
