The vampress kicked a soda can. She was thankful for one thing. That she could actually go outside, even if it was only at night.

Josephine knew they were probably going to come looking for her sooner or later. And that they were going to try and take her away again. Deals by speech were easily induced or terminated through memor of force.
She sighed and waited for yvonne.

A small girl who only looked eight bounced behind the figure spying. "Whatcha going?" she cocked her head to the side and waited for an answer, rocking on her feet...back and forth, back and forth.
